The Society of Certified Senior Advisors (SCSA) educates and certifies professionals who work with seniors. In order to maintain the CSA certification, individuals are required to demonstrate a commitment to high standards, continuing education, professional ethics, and trust. This sets the CSA credential holder apart from other practitioners working with older adults.
What is an SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist)?
The Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation is for REALTORS® who want to be able to meet the special needs of maturing Americans when selling, buying, relocating, or refinancing residential or investment properties.
What is an RCFE (Residential Care Facility for the Elderly)?
Residential Care Facility for the Elderly. The designation is necessary to serve as Administrator or Executive Director of an Assisted Living Facility, Board and Care or other similarly licensed community.
